Meet Tiffany Michelle

Dr. Tiffany M. Hoffman a.k.a. Tiffany Michelle is a multifaceted leader, entrepreneur, educator, author, recording artist, and anti-bullying advocate whose work bridges faith, business, education, and community empowerment. With a strong foundation in finance, leadership, and ministry, Dr. Hoffman has dedicated her life to helping others discover purpose, overcome adversity, and walk boldly in the identity God has given them.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and an MBA in Finance. She is also pursuing her Doctor of Business Administration with a specialization in Finance. Her academic journey reflects her commitment to excellence, strategic leadership, and lifelong learning.
Professionally, Dr. Hoffman is a licensed Qualifying Real Estate Broker and the owner of Hoffman Dominion Realty. Through her work in real estate and business, she brings a unique blend of financial knowledge, integrity, and service-centered leadership to the marketplace.

Dr. Hoffman is also widely known as the founder and spokesperson of The Mikki High Bully No More! Project®, an anti-bullying initiative she founded in 2011 alongside her father, Dr. Ludie L. Hoffman. With the memorable slogan “1-2-3-4 Bully No More!”, the project focuses on spreading awareness, encouragement, and practical tools to help individuals overcome bullying, cyberbullying, and emotional harm. Her advocacy work reflects her deep passion for helping children, families, and communities choose love, confidence, and courage over fear and intimidation.

In addition to her advocacy and business work, Dr. Hoffman serves in nonprofit and faith-based education through MH Outreach, doing business as Interfaith University. Her work supports Christian education, personal development, ministry training, and community outreach. She is passionate about equipping others with spiritual, educational, and practical resources that strengthen their lives and futures.

As an author and creative visionary, Dr. Hoffman has developed inspirational and educational works focused on faith, personal growth, prayer, bullying prevention, and family development. Her creative projects reflect her heart for healing, restoration, and empowerment.

Known for her uplifting voice, bold faith, and compassionate leadership, Dr. Tiffany “Mikki High” Hoffman continues to inspire others through music, ministry, education, advocacy, and entrepreneurship. Whether she is speaking, singing, teaching, writing, or leading community initiatives, her message remains clear: know who you are, walk in love, and never allow fear, bullying, or intimidation to stop the purpose God placed inside of you.
